I called Precision after backing our car into the half open garage door. Their advertisement stated that they were local, showed a high BBB rating, and would respond quickly. I discovered after the call we used Precision previously and we were very pleased with the work they did then. They sent a representative within 90 minutes of my call. The rep was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done to resolve our problem. I would definitely give Precision 5stars.

I was very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and work my service technician Benny provided. He called prior to arriving and arrived on time, I previously had replaced the overhead spring a little over a year ago with another garage company however one of the two springs had already broken. Benny provided me with all of my options and gave credible recommendations I would recommend using him and Precision for all garage door needs and I very happy with the guarantee.

This company took advantage of seniors and replaced parts over and above what was actually needed totaling over $1,990.00. They also indicated that the warranty was lifetime on everything but it was only on the motor and 1-year on parts. A hard copy of the estimate was not provided. While my father has an email address they were unable to print any invoices or have an itemization of services being performed to review the cost.

Springs broke on my garage door. As a result of going online, Precision Garage door popped up. Due to emergency needs I called, and a technician arrived rapidly. Only due to a rapid need did I allow the technician to sell me your product. I wish I had done much more research prior to signing at the bottom line. All the parts for the repair came to a little over $2000.00 including a 1-year warranty. After research, I could have obtained the same parts for about $800.00. I paid a very high price for the warranty in this case. In addition, the technician did not have 1 part and said he would come back the next business day. He did not! I called twice and threatened reporting the company to the "Better Business Bureau and then I got a rapid same day response to finish the job. The company was fast, but very expensive and poor follow-up when a part was needed that the Technician did not have in his truck.

Couldn’t be happier with their service. Within an hour or so of my phone call I had a ver polite technician at my door. He surveyed the problem quickly, reviewed my options and repaired the door. In my opinion, the repair was a bit costly, but I don’t know anything about garage door repairs and wanted to get it done without having to wait days for another estimate and lose the service call charge. Fat, friendly and reputable service. 5 Stars!
