I was extremely satisfied with the service provided by Danny Salas and installer Israel Hixson. Both gentlemen explained to my satisfaction what was to be accomplished, answering all my questions. This was greatly appreciated. Besides providing an instruction booklet, Israel reviewed all the garage door's special features.

It’s a bad day when your garage door breaks and your car is inside. Got the car out called precision for repair and they were right on time keeping me abreast to their arrival throughout the day. Mike came assessed and by ends day I have BOTH doors repaired (essentially all but the physical doors) and new automatic systems installed! They work amazingly and “whisper” quiet. True craftsman and professionals. Added bonus is all work is guaranteed and prices were spot on.

Service agent called ahead and arrived on time. He diagnosed my problem quickly and determined that I needed a whole new garage door opener since my existing one was more than 15 years old. He was very professional explain the situation thoroughly and completed the job quickly. My new garage door opener is much better than my old one and very quiet when it operates. Since my daughter will be needing a new garage door completely I have recommended your services to her.

My technician Danny was wonderful. He called me twice to let me know I was his second appointment, and again to let me know he was on his way to me and how long it should take him to arrive at my door. He was very informative, and told me all about springs, motors, wheels and some great new products that are available. I will surely give Precision a call if I am in need of any additional services or to purchase some new equipment in the future

Just had the garage door serviced/repaired today by Joe L. and was very pleased with the experience. He called in the morning to confirm when he would arrive and then again right before he came. He did an analysis of the working parts of the door and then provided his recommendations as to what was good and what wasn't. He worked with me to decide what needed to be done within my budget and then performed all work needed. The process went as advertised and Joe was very professional to work with. Would recommend his services to others.

My garage door system was installed in 2003. It needed a new garage door opener key pad. Instinctively I knew the system needed a refurbishment. I contacted Precision Monday afternoon and even though this was not an emergency, they came on Tuesday morning. Service Specialist, Tom, and his assistant, Taylor, called me in the morning to give me an ETA. They showed up when they said they would. They provided their services in a friendly, professional, and highly competent manner. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone requiring garage door system related services.
