Justin came to repair our broken garage door opener. He explained that the unit was so old that it was not worth repairing it. He put in a new one and recommended that we replaced the springs also. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his product. He did an excellent install, and gave me a very easy to understanding on the operation of the garage door opener. I highly recommend PRECISION Garage Door Service, especially if all their employees are like Justin!

Michael was my tech, a real professional. He was extremely capable and diagnosed my problem and explained everything to me. He suggested a complete garage door rebuild and suggested the heavy duty components. I followed his recommendation. I'm glad I did. I waited three weeks before writing this review. The door has operated perfectly since the repair. The price was high but worth every penny. I've had absolutely no problems. I had two other companies before Precision, and they never got the door to work well. I guess you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them.
