I must say that Rob W. deserves a "5" star rating...very personable, knowledgeable & methodically; further, Precision has a great procedure... starting from the phone call to the this survey at completion. Rob also pointed out a few defective parts that I didn't know about. Springs, rollers & cables were purchase with the service. I advised him that I would recommend Precision to anyone who was in need of garage door service.

Last month I had the most wonderful experience with your technicians Michael Picarello and Brian. They were knowledgable and professional of the equipment we needed and what would work best for my family. I was grateful that their truck was fully loaded with everything they needed to complete my job on the spot. I was impressed by their work ethic as well. It was Friday, December 23 very late in the day on the verge of a long holiday weekend but Michael and Brian stayed as late as needed and gave my job every bit of attention it needed. It's rare to find a company that has technicians that work as hard and efficiently as yours do. It was a pleasure to work with you and I will certainly pass along your company name to anyone I know that needs garage door assistance.

I can not stop saying enough good things about the quality of customer service offered; I'm still in awe. This is the way a company runs well, offer great customer service, hire and train excellent people and supply quality material. I had safety cables installed, as well as replacement of pulleys and two springs. My service specialist Michael Picarello explained the problem and solution in detail before starting the work and completed it in a timely manner. I highly recommend Precision Door!
