The service was excellent! George called in advance to inform me when he will be at my location. He installed my new garage door opener, and it was professionally done where everything looked very neat. George also inspected and noted that my garage door springs where stretched, and the pulleys were below grade pulleys to the point where they needed replacement. Because he showed me the worn parts and explained the issue, I agreed to have him change them. At the end, he spent the time to help program the new opener and he cleaned up everything including taking the old opener. They are my new garage door company!

Yesterday my wife saw that our garage door was not working properly when she pressed the button to close it. We called Precision Garage door and were given an appointment time with a repairman for the next day.. As promised, the repairman called us 30 minutes before his arrival time. After he arrived, he quickly assessed the problem that was causing the garage door to malfunction and took the time to explain what he felt was the best course of action to get the problem resolved. The repairman was very professional and courteous and My wife and I felt confident that he was the right man to do the work that needed to be done.

I set up an online request to repair the garage door in the morning and there was a four hour arrival window between 10:00 AM-2:00 PM. I had one broken Garage Door the was also rusted and very old. My other Garage Door was also not in good shape so I had both doors replaced by a Technician, Brian Meinsen who arrived on time and worked to replace both doors. I called Precision because over the years i had to replace both door openers when the old motors failed. Brian worked alone and did an excellent job of getting rid of the old doors and installing the new ones. Now I don't have to sweep grass and snow as required out of my Gargage because the new doors close much tighter than the old doors and they work great. Thanks Brian and the others involved in the process of getting this done!

We called Precision because we were having a problem with the keypad on the outside of our garage door. Danny Salas responded and not only repaired the keypad but pointed out some other problems with the garage hardware and was able to correct those issues. The employees were all so helpful starting from the lady who came to give me an estimate who was very informative and explained everything I needed to know.
