Had an awesome experience with Precision Garage Door, from start to finish! Super fast and easy online appointment scheduler - booking was a breeze! Once our tech was dispatched, I got a text to let us know they were on the way. And they send you some cool info about the tech along with their picture, so you know exactly who to expect at your door. They sent Glen out to help us with a door that had been giving us trouble for a while. Glen arrived on time within the 2 hour window I scheduled for (even after a long drive to get to us!). He got us fixed up fast, and the door operates like brand new again. Very courteous and professional service, and we’ll definitely stick with Precision for any future needs!

My garage door would not open and my car was stuck inside. I tried opening it manually which I have done before when the power went out. But the manual release still would not allow me to open it. Brent came out within an hour or so of my call. He let me know what the problem was. He didn’t just tell me but showed me. I highly recommend him!

I am very impressed with the service provided by Precision Garage Door. Making the appointment was super easy and I was offered next day service (for a non-emergency situation). Our service tech, Will M., was awesome. He was very friendly and informative and had our door fixed in about 30 minutes. I felt he went over and above to make sure that I was happy with the repair. Will, the technician did a great job. Very helpful, listened to what we needed repaired. He fixed the opener that was noisy because it wasn't installed correctly 2 years ago. Wish I could say the same for the office staff. They made an appt for us and then canceled it on the day of service. After I called back and reexplained what I needed they scheduled the appt. for 2 days later. Still have not received the estimate for all the weather stripping that needs to be replaced because it was not installed correctly the first time. This was New Construction for 4 doors.
