We had an excellent experience. The office call went well and scheduled us in a timely and convenient manner. We received a text when the technician was on the way, with a picture and profile of the technician. Glen did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and it took him less than an hour to complete the job. There was a $50 coupon on the website that we were able to use to help with the cost.

Will arrived very promptly and I greatly appreciated that. He explained everything to me that would fix my garage door to my liking. Some things were optional and others not. Then he told me what the cost would be for each procedure. Even though it was extremely cold in my garage Will took the time to do everything I wanted. The cost was reasonable. Joel Rife is absolutely fantastic. Complete professional, very thoughtful, and intelligent. Thought through the problem and was able to fix it. In addition, the company was unbelievably responsive. I called for an appointment at 11am and had a technician at my house by 1:40pm.

I had a garage door spring break and called Precision to get it repaired. The technician they sent was Adam and he explained all the options available for my situation. He was very good at what he does and explained what he was doing and why throughout the repair and completed the job quickly.
