Britt was professional in every way. Has outstanding personal skills, verbalizes even a price increase in a most palatable way to a his customer. I had contacted a different person prior to researching Precision, who had taken over the clients of our previous repairman who I learned (passed away.) I can truly appreciate the great characteristics Britt displayed in representing your company - The other guy was beyond rude, mean spirited and quite nasty in his ruff responses and not about to ever be selected to repair our ‘open over night garage door!’ - Thank you for the thoughtful, kind, all about business, technician you provided. He represented your company extremely well!!

Overall the workers did a good job ... there are a few areas that need attention ... when the garage door opens up there is a click/crack sound that could not be figured out as the workers had to leave. Also, I had to clean up the garage floor to pick up washers, screws, nuts and bolts... not a lot, but still enough for me to pick up/clean up.

Very good experience with Precision. Called around 9:45am to have an outdoor keypad replaced and the tech, Brett was at my house by 10:15am. Brett was great to work with and had my keypad set up on an older system very quickly. Was very motivated to make sure I was happy with the service and product.

Doors had become very noisy to operate and then openers just quit working. The tech who came to repair it was very prompt, friendly, knowlegeable and neat. We needed new cables, rollers, and springs. Our door has not worked this quietly since it was installed 7 years ago.
