Garage door made a loud crushing sound last night and stopped working. I couldn’t raise it up (both springs broke) so we weren’t going anywhere. Called this morning at 8am and it was fixed by noon. Wow!! Meanwhile I left a message for another company last night at 630 and have yet to receive a call from them.

Very prompt service. Technician Brandon was courteous, explained the problem, fixed it. He injured his finger in the repair and cleaned up the few drops of blood on the floor. I found your service on the internet and I appreciated the coupons. It was a garage door opener problem.

Keith was my technician. I called up for service last night around 6pm and reception set me an appointment for this morning. He was early. More on the first quarter of the 2-hr window I was given. He was very patient locating my house. I'm glad he did not give up after circling the property for half an hour! He did a 25-point inspection on my garage, gave me quote on repair and replacement. I chose repair. Did the job in around 15 minutes. Price was reasonable. Will definitely recommend.
