Only had initial meeting, but I was pleased. Kevin was knowledgable and didn't waste my time. I was worried that he would insist on going through a canned speech on each feature, but he didn't. He asked what I cared about and went from there. He was very quickly able to gauge where I was in the process and cater his presentation to me. Very mature, friendly, and professional. He also called me to update me on his schedule so I knew exactly when he was coming. He inspected the under construction garage and pointed out where some concrete block would need to be cut away. Very minor issue, but helpful to know about in advance to avoid delays in the future. This was just a first meeting, but I look forward to working with Kevin.
