Very satisfied with the late night professional answer to my call, quick appointment set up for the following morning, immediate email verification, a call from Victor the technician to myself half hour before arriving as well as calling the tenant to notify them. An immediate honest assessment with pricing options and a quick resolution. I would highly recommend Precision. The ad on the Internet that got me to call was very user friendly.

I selected Precision for several reasons: quality of products sold (American Made), installers are well trained and have background check & drug free, great reviews on Yelp and the physical location was just 2 mikes from my home. Sam and Jason were amazing they were able to answer all my questions and completed the install job in a very reasonable time, billing was quick easy and paperless.

Due to the storm the weekend of 4/5/15, my garage system motor was damaged and malfunctioned keeping the door from closing and opening properly. The technician go it to work while he was present with both the control box and the remote. However when I tried to open the door yesterday neither one would work. What gives?????? Once I printed out the invoice today I find there is no warranty. Does that mean I am SOL. Please advise.

Our garage door opener was not functioning. We scheduled a visit by Precision Door while we were out of town; the technician arrived at the time scheduled and immediately resolved the problem. We will certainly call Precision Door the next time our garage door needs attention.

I originally purchased the door from Precision and have them maintenance the door every couple of years. Appointments are easy to get and Precision field techs have always been on time. They are quick, keep the area clean and are very personable. I had Tony come out to my home in Montecito Heights, Los Angeles; great guy and great job.

the service man was knowledgeable BUT TRIED TO UP-SELL ME 2 OTHER VERY EXPENSIVE OPTIONS TO FIX THE PROBABLY which took only 25 mins. to straighten a bent track.I feel for the work done the cost of 274.00 was very expensive(even thought this reflected 49.95 supposed discount

SERVICE WAS PROMPT AND ANTHONY DID A GREAT JOB REPAIRING MY DOOR OPENER. HE EVEN WENT TO SCROUNGE FOR A MISSING PART AT HIS JUNKYARD, AND CAME BACK ON A SUNDAY TO COMPLETE THE JOB. I WAS HAPPY THAT HE DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME A NEW OPENER. HOWEVER, I ASSUMED THAT THE PROMISE TO WAIVE THE SERVICE FEE FOR ORDERS OVER $100 MEANT THAT THE FEE WOULD BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL FOR THE WORK. INSTEAD, THE FEE WAS ADDED TO THE WORK TOTAL AND THEN DEDUCTED, JUST A WASH. I THINK I OVERPAID BY $49.95. A PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER SHOULD CLARIFY THIS UP FRONT.
