I went through Angi's List & Precision called me. The office manager, Theresa, was very pleasant & professional. She arranged an appointment that day for a two hour window. Glen called at 11:30 AM but I thought from the area code that it was a political fund raiser. I checked the area code (Illinois) so I called Precision & a male sales person told me Glen was on the way. I went outside & he arrived some five minutes later. He also was pleasant & professional. Somehow, my opener box (3 yrs old) had been fried in the recent storm. He added a surge protector. It had to be done & Precision was very professional in how they did it. Belleville

I scheduled my appt online at 6:15 am. I received a call at about 7:30 am that Will would be coming by to repair my door. He quickly figured out what the problem was and repaired it. He told me exactly what to expect and what the charge would be for the repair. He also talked to me about additional products that I might be interested in and an estimate of the prices for those. I would recommend Precision because they are prompt, reasonably priced, and are willing to answer any questions that you may have.

Our garage door spring broke on a Friday evening. I called several local places but they were unable to come out until med week, which wasn't an option since my car was stuck in the garage. Called Precision and they made an appointment to come out early the next morning. The technicians on the phone were friendly and courteous. Brady arrived right on time and was professional, courteous, and honest. He quickly replaced the spring on our garage door. Highly recommend!

Start to finish Precision Door was great. The Customer Service person was very helpful and courteous. Your company forwarded a bio inclusive of a photo of the tech on the early side of the time window I was given and Glen arrived within 10 to 15 minutes of that text. Glen was terrific. He diagnosed my issue efficiently and had my door back together and functioning properly in about 15-20 minutes including lubricating the hinges. He is a great representative of your company.

We had an excellent experience. The office call went well and scheduled us in a timely and convenient manner. We received a text when the technician was on the way, with a picture and profile of the technician. Glen did a great job of explaining what needed to be done and it took him less than an hour to complete the job. There was a $50 coupon on the website that we were able to use to help with the cost.

Garage door made a loud crushing sound last night and stopped working. I couldn’t raise it up (both springs broke) so we weren’t going anywhere. Called this morning at 8am and it was fixed by noon. Wow!! Meanwhile I left a message for another company last night at 630 and have yet to receive a call from them.

I selected Precision because a second time because the same issue occurred from three months ago. The first fix three months earlier didn't last. Anthony took the time to diagnose the problem and found other issues. He fixed what the previous gentleman said could not be fixed because it was an internal concern.
