5 stars!! The two servicemen where very polite and informative. They called before they came and said about what time they would be at my house. They were here right before appointment time. They explained what needed to be done and gave me three different estimates. No pressure sales pitch. I was very comfortable with them working in my house/garage. When I made the appointment I was told that Joe would be the technician. Actually Shawn was the technician who came. He was great. As a extra security precaution for your customers I suggest that if a different technician is assigned you notify the customer ahead of time. Shawn was very good even told me about not using LED bulb in opener. Being a retired engineer I appreciated his detailed explanation on the springs and rollers construction and life expectancy.

I have always use Anco Garage door in thee past. I have my 90 year old mom who lives with us & when I contacted them on Friday afternoon due to my garage door springs breaking they would not do anything until at least some time on Saturday which was unacceptable due to the circumstances with my mom as we never know when we need to take her to the hospital & the door was stuck closed. When I called I believe Chris with your company he had to check with a supervisor but got right back to me to let me know they would have someone out within the hour. Shawn came here & did an excellent repair job & was a very nice person explaining everything to me & my wife. Please send me some stickers to cover over the Anco stickers as I will never use them again. Thanks again for your excellent service & repair.

Jamey did an amazing job. Did the full inspection and then promptly began the work. My only issue was that when I spoke with the people on the phone they said springs are $199.00 installed plus a $49.00 service charge. However in reality there is a service charge plus a labor charge of $79.00. So my expectation was the cost to be around 250.00 plus tax ended up being $402.00. Jamey gets 5 stars but phone people get 1 star, for misleading prices.

Showed up on time! Very efficient! Polite! Labor was more than fair. Parts were VERY HIGH! Surprised at how much it cost for what I assumed was a simple cable and one wheel replacement. Turned out they use bigger cable (that presumably will NOT rust out) which required bigger spools, etc... Just wasn't expecting to have to buy so many parts, but I seldom do. Given that he had the parts on hand, and was able to fix it so well, I really can't complain much. NO EXTRA CHARGE for Sunday morning, CHRISTMAS EVE! Thank you, Chris!

I called Precision in the afternoon and the repairman, Shaun, showed up at 7:15 pm the same day. He told me that the torsion spring and other parts need to be replaced. He quoted me a fair price and was done about 40 mins later. The garage door works great and I have a nice warranty on both the parts and labor.

Chris was very professional. He had a sense of humor and he provided an estimate for repairing my door once it is necessary. I did not need a repair because I just had to clear the area near the door sensors, which was a costly service call, but Chris eased the pain of paying the $49.00 fee by evaluating my door for future repairs.

I heard a twang and knew the spring had broken. Since this has become the main entrance to the house we had to do something quickly! No surprise Precision couldn't make it out that evening since I was calling around 6:45 PM but they were there by 8am the next morning and had it fixed in under 90 minutes. The service technician Jamey explained everything clearly got it done quickly.

Cal was great! The first time he came, he thought it was a chink where the rollers were on the side of the garage. Naturally the door didn't do what it did to me. thinking it was repaired, the next day the door stopped at the last panel again. Called and requested Cal, since he was out the previous day. He saw this time that the belt was worn. He thought he could just replace the belt to save me money, but the pulley wasn't compatible. I appreciated him trying to save me money though. He was professional and experienced that he was done with the installation within an hour! I believe I have been using Precision Door now for about 10 years....always pleased with the work.
