Really impressed with the timeliness and recommendations made by Patrick Matthews on the appointment. Don't know why, but home "essentials", like garage doors always seem to break on the weekends. Called Precision after I found my original installer didn't work Sat, and another resource wanted $416 for a service call. They came within two hours, replaced and installed a part in less than an hour. Professional, offered options, pleasant--all that you want and rarely get in any service these days. Try them.

Few years ago I had an overhead garage door opener not working and they were very good. Now the whole garage door did not work. The garage door was broken and your service technician Keith was excellent. He let me know when he was coming also did a very good job on replacing the parts that was broken and also he was polite and very friendly . I would like to have him back if something goes wrong with the parts.

Patrick Matthews came out to rewind the spring, Our spring broke loose from the garage wall. I fixed the mounting but couldn't do the rewind. The work was performed quickly and under warranty. Patrick was very professional and courteous.

Tech was not helpful at all. I tried to explain the problem but it fell on deaf ears. Said he aligned sensors. I didn’t see him do it. Wanted to ask him some questions but he left. Not sure why I was ask to pay for service call when opener is only 2 weeks old Also for some reason your 636 number is not working.
