Mr. Coffey, I want to tell you how extremely satisfied I am with your service man, Cody Mugfor. Our appointment was today at 8 am (on Sunday, November 18, 2018). We scheduled it early and Sunday on purpose yet my wife and I appreciated his call prior to arriving at our home because we were lounging around. He explained his work and the costs prior to beginning. He told us what to expect in terms of what he needed to do like look over the door and do safety checks. Cody explained all of his work throughout the service call. The spring needed to be replaced because it snapped. He completed his work quickly but with care. He also oiled the door in places plus explained to me what I might want to do for future maintenance. Cody is a very knowledgeable, friendly and professional young man.

Chris did great job with our issue and was always professional and polite. He troubleshooted the problem and gave us a couple options. Ultimately we decided on a new unit vs repair on the old one. When we asked if there were any discounts or coupons, he found one we could use.

When a spring broke on my garage door, Precision Garage Door was on the scene within 14 hours to free our vehicles. Carl was very nice and replaced the spring within 30 minutes after asking a few questions about our garage door usage which led to the selection of higher-quality replacement springs. I will definitely call Precision Door when I encounter my next garage door emergency.

Joel found a broken hinge, adjusted the springs and tightened the set screws on the cable reels and lubricated everything. He pointed out that some of the other hinges had cracks and would fail eventually. I have a 1 year warranty on the work that was done. Joel was courteous and professional. I would use Precision Garage Door Services again.
