The service your employee gave was exceptional!!! He took the time to explain to me other issues that he saw and showed me also. He wasn't just trying to sell me extra parts but he showed me potential problems that were justifiably needed for repair. He told me what needed to be changed and let me choose what I wanted done! Who does that anymore?!?!? He didn't push any service that I couldn't afford!!! Your technician was amazing!!! I know who I am going to call if I ever need to get anymore work done on my garage door!!! Thank you for being an awesome company!!!???????????????????????? The initiation of a visit was made easy by the attentive staff at the office. They accommodated a last minute emergency situation and rescheduled my appointment. Austin, the technician was very friendly, and professional. He examined the equipment setup and noticed two problems quickly to a very old garage door opener. He offered several options for me to consider and I chose the best plan for my needs. He worked diligently and was very detail oriented making sure all of the work he had done and the tracking of the door worked well before cleaning up and leaving. I was impressed by the attentive attention to detail to make sure everything worked well before leaving.

This is the second time I have used Precision Door and they do professional work with good people. Today, Cody replaced my 19 year old Liftmaster garage door opener and performed the work efficiently with a great attitude. He explained what he would do including the price and then did exactly what he said. I hate putting money into garage doors but they do need upgrading at times. Precision Door makes it easy.

This is the second time Precision has repaired my door. Completely different repairs, this one was my fault. I initially contacted them due to their TV commercials and availability. On both occasions they responded quickly with knowledgeable and experienced technicians who performed quality repairs. I will say they lean on selling new parts that may not be necessary.
