Jeremy Rossi service tech. My door was not closing or opening all the way last week. Had to run up/down 2-3 times to close. Jeremy ran door up/down manually and it started working fine again. We first used precision about 2 years ago when our garage door stopped working. We thought we would need to replace the whole unit but were told that it was a quality motor and best to keep it. Since then, as everything is about 20 years old, things are starting to go bad, and precision has done a great job of fixing what needs to be replaced without pushing us to replace things that still work. The techs are friendly and safe around my kids. Highly recommend.

Joshua Figueroa from Precision garage is outstanding! We moved into a house with 2 garage doors. One had not been serviced in years and one had not been opened for over 5 years and had no opener.. Joshua evaluated everything on both doors & thoroughly explained what would be needed to get both doors in top condition. Then he gave me options for all the maintenance required and the best options for the new opener for the garage. Went above & beyond to make sure all work was complete and both doors are now working flawlessly! We appreciated Joshuas work so much that we just had him back out to redo the garage trim! Both doors are now sealed tight and look great! Thanks Joshua!!!

Recently had an issue I could not identify myself...called Precision on a Friday and they said they could come Sunday. Wow! That was great. John T and Baylor arrived when they said they would...analyzed the issue...and proceeded to provide me with options. Turns out I needed some repair work and then I asked about a new motor unit since the one I had was 20 years old...not sounding good...and again they provided me with options...no hard sell...no gimmicks...and the best part...they were able to do it the same day. My new garage opener and springs work excellently and the difference in sound is amazing. Precision should be glad to have these gentlemen working for them as they were professional, polite, and they could not say enough good things about their company...and how hard they work to keep their reputation. They earned it with me yesterday!

From the first phone call, I was extremely pleased with the ability to get same day service and also earlier in the day. The technician, Michael Christena, was professional and worked with us to determine the issue and do the repairs at the same time! He walked through all options and explained each one. I had many questions and he was eager to answer each one. Once complete, he took the time to help me set up the app on my phone. He made sure to clean up and wipe everything down!
