My garage door would not open, leaving my car stuck inside! I was stressed, and on a time constraint. Precision was very understanding, and got out here very quickly. The tech they sent, Sean Scheiern, was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. He did a great job, and got me up and running in no time! I would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone, at anytime.!!

Our garage door spring broke and we ended up buying a much needed new garage door. Guido and Joe showed up on time, took away our old door and installed the new one - with a smile on their face. Wow - what a difference! I highly recommend you give Precision a call. These guys are good!

Having seen the quality of Precision's work performed for another family member's home, their was no doubt who we wanted to do the work to replace 3 garage doors, springs and openers for our home. Shaun is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He got right to work on his assessment. We've just bought the house and although I'm no expert I could tell this was the first time a tech had been near the garage door since it was installed 15 years ago - this was going to sting! As I expected, I was in for a sizable bill. When I saw the quality of the parts replacing what I had installed the price seemed insignificant and I decided to just go ahead and replace the lot. I couldn't be happier with the result. Thanks Shaun, great job. I can see why you get so many good reviews.

I needed to get a new garage door because mine had broken and I called Overhead to receive a quote. I was shocked at the price, so I decided to get another opinion. I googled and saw that Precision was actually ranked higher than Overhead on consumer reviews, so I called to get a free estimate. When Precision came out, I was again shocked as the price was half the amount on the exact same door. I also liked the fact that this company is family owned and they really care about their customers. I decided to go with Precision and they were able to come out and install my doors within a week, and Eric did an amazing job. He installed them beautifully and made sure the doors were clean and the area around it was completely picked up. I HIGHLY recommend Precision to anyone looking for garage doors! I will never go anywhere else and am so thankful I decided to get a second opinion.

We had a spring snap. We were able to get appointment quickly. The service technician assessed all the issues with the garage door. We ended up replacing the rollers, replacing weather stripping at the bottom of the door, tuning the opener and replacing the spring. Previously our garage door was very loud opening and closing. Now the door makes no noise when opening and closing. Job well done.

I've had great experience with your technicians. Sean Schiern has been on call a few times and today it was Brandon. It was Sean's previous treatment of me that made me call your company back. The problem is that your Precision 800 motor is a piece of crap! Sean replaced it for free last year and I appreciated that. However, the new one combined with the old provided me with four years of pure frustration due to the inconsistency of its ability to simply open/close my door reliably. The profit margin on that model was great I'm sure but if you care for your customers/reputation drop that sub-standard garbage. I called your company about six weeks ago because the replacement unit was flawed. I made a mistake and somehow double booked your company with Overhead Garage Door (they came up when I Googled your company). Shawn showed up after the other company, I explained my mistake, and he refused to charge me, citing me as a good customer. I still wanted to pay for my mistake, called your office and left a message to this point. You didn't take me up on this and I appreciated your gesture. That's why I didn't call another company for today's project. Based on my experience with Sean and Brandon, I remain a loyal customer and will call again. They are honest, reliable and I also like the professionalism of your company - pics of people, emailed reminders, showing up on time, and request for feedback. I agreed to pay $400 today to rid myself of that garbage. Get ride of it! And take care of two highly professional members of your team.
