The young man was actually early. He was enthusiastic, thorough, efficient and very helpful. He found and corrected the electronic glitch and the door then worked normally. He saw potential problems in the overworked main springs and the worn-out rollers, which we will address soon. I have encountered so many disinterested workmen that this was a very welcome change. The service you get from Precision is unmatched. The technician, Matthew, was patient enough to wait for me to arrive home. Once I arrived, he walked me through every step ( pinpointing the issue, options for repair, add-in’s , etc.). Once Matthew finished up the repairs, he programmed the new garage opener and explained how to use it. Matthew was knowledgeable and polite! Will definitely recommend!

Spring broke on the garage door. I went to our neighborhood website and Precision came up as a recommended company. I called them once they opened and they had someone out by that afternoon. Travis and Chris were concise in their recommendations and extremely professional. Now, they were certainly not the least expensive but they were here when they said they would be and did an excellent job.

I call Precision to replace battery in my exterior keypad and also needed light bulb replaced in unit. Called about garage door not opening during cold weather. Bob spent time listening and cleaned the weatherstripping and door where it contacted the stripping thinking it was sticking. Turns out the stripping was getting caught by the window frames OUTSIDE the door. We discussed ways to fix that and it was decided I would cut off lower excess trim to keep It off window frames. and we also discussed ways to fix that if I screwed it up!! Super friendly and all at no cost.
