The installed garage door is very attractive and works well. Because it is manual, it would have been enhanced by an outside handle. But we will learn to live with it as is.

Overall, my experience was a good one. Noah was professional and knowledgeable. The only thing that kept it from a great experience (5 stars) was the fact that I wasn't informed about the $20 fuel charge until I saw the invoice.

I had my garage door worked on yesterday. It was a bit more expensive than I thought but my technician, James Mantsch, was great. He explained everything to me, was polite and willing to come out late in the day and stayed till almost 8:00 pm to get the job done. Was very thorough in what he did. Would call him again in a minute. Thank you for your fine work!

Our technician Noah Was very friendly patient and took the time to answer all our questions. We had the spring and barrons changed on our garage. We were very satisfied with his and the other technician ( I didn't get his name) work. We would recommend your company to others. Only thing we were not happy with was the girl I spoke to on phone (Don't want to say her name ) quoted us a $65.- $ 120. Job only to be told by technician it was a $500.+ Depending on what we wanted to have fixed. So maybe the people who answer phone should tell customers they need a quote first. She was very friendly and polite. We really appreciate being able to spread our payments out for two months. Thank you .

I saw your advertisement in the Homes and Land magazine and the first thing that caught my eye was the ultra quiet rollers. I had been wanting to have my main garage door serviced for some time and this seemed like the perfect place to get it done. Michael Graves was the technician that came to the house and after I spoke with him I decided to have the garage door completely overhauled. New Liftmaster motor, heavy duty door spring, nylon rollers, etc, etc. My wife and I were leaving on vacation so we left Michael at the house to do his work. When we returned a week later I was blown away at how quiet the door operates now. The whole job was neat and tidy. I learned from my youngest son that he had Precision Door put in a garage door opener at his new house and he was very pleased with the product and neatness of the technician. I would highly recommend Precision Door.

My first comment is about the phone tech....Ms Ashley....who I spoke to the night before who was so kind and friendly....we chit chatted...even laughed . what a pleasure to do business with someone so kind and nice. wonderful Then on Wed the 23 Mr Christian came out and showed me my garage door problems....with estimates...he was also kind and friendly and very courteous. The appointment was scheduled very quickly. I had a time frame for the repair and was soon called to let me know that a technician had finished early on a previous job and if I would like to have the work done before my scheduled time. I agreed and was soon called by the tech stating he would be here in about 15 minutes. The tech (Tim) arrived, he was courteous and professional. He inspected the garage door and told me what needed to be done. He told me what the repair cost would be, I agreed and he made the needed repairs keeping me informed the whole time.
