Garage door comprehensie repair as recommended by Joshua as best price and serive option. Your Adv. It came up at top when I googled it. Ad looked veyr professional. Seemed like an established, reputable company. I was very confident in having an experienced technician repairing my garage door. Joshua was very efficient and had no problems with his repair. I liked his explanation and answer to any questions i put to him. Very important to have skilled and personable service persons(may also include woman, and I wouldn't have a problem with that). i hope I don't have any near future problems with the garage door hardware or other repair items. My only serious concern was the COST OF THE REAPIRS, AND NEED FOR ROLLERS, CABLES AND PULLY WHEELS ASIDE FROM ONE BROKEN SPRING THAT WAS MAIN CAUSE OF DOOR FAILURE ( but i assume they may have been worn after 20 years and no repairs),.This price dissapointment was due to the technician only taking about an hour to do the work. Hopefully your guarantee will be valid if and when i may need similar service again. I SUGGEST AT LEAST A 10% SENIOR DISCOUT WITH WAIVED SERVICE CHARGE. BECAUSE THE JOB WAS VERY EXPENSIVE IN MY ESTIMATION, I CANNOT IN GOOD CONSCIOUS RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY WITHOUT THE HIGH PRICE RESERVATIONS. BUT I WILL RECOMMEND EXCELLENT REAPIR WORKMANSHIP FROM YOUR SERVICE TECHNITION.

John called a half hour before he would arrive and arrived exactly as stated a half hour later. He was able to troubleshoot our problem and make adjustments, He did not have the equipment to drill into concrete in his truck but he was able to come up with a new solution that would be safer. He was able to answer all of our questions and was very diligent when checking all of the garage door parts to see if any other repairs were needed. Thank you to John and the entire Precision team.

I have a TWO car garage and had both garage doors tested. Both garage doors were very loud and are chain driven. For one garage door I had a NEW BELT DRIVEN garage door opener installed with new springs & cables and all joints greased, replacing a 21 year old chain driven opener where the teeth of the plastic gears were falling apart. The result was a much quieter operation & lifetime warranty on the opener. The second garage needed only to replace the spring, cables , cable guide and all the metal door rollers with new nylon rollers. The opener though chain driven, was in good shape & did not need replacing. The result here was also a much quieter & smoother operation that corrected a problem of the door periodically not closing& reopening as if something was blocking the door. Brian & Vince were the two technicians that repaired my garage doors and were very professional, super nice and accommodating. Brian was meticulous and made sure that the doors were working perfectly before leaving and that I was happy with everything. I highly recommend Precision Door Service especially the team of Brian & Vince.

Tim came out to my home if Fair Lawn to repair my faulty cables and springs. I decided to replace the door as it needed an update. So, Tim didn't need to preform the repair, however he was exceedingly knowledgeable in the companies products. My experience was a 5 plus! Tim made this purchase easy and he was super honest. Precision is lucky to have a great employe like Tim. Im sure my install experience will be just as great.
