Quick and fast service. Installer did a great job, but I must say the prices are sky high. I was charged $814 for a LiftMaster 84501. If you look around this unit sells for roughly $350-$400. So I was charged over $400 per unit for installation. I needed 2 openers so I paid $1628, which comes to over $800 for installation and the guy did the whole job in less than an hour. That's more than triple any plumber, electrician, or other tradesman gets. Something doesn't add up here. I can't see how everyone is willing to pay these prices. Feel like I was taken advantage of, would not recommend.

We’ve used Precision before and continue to be totally satisfied! Louis R came as scheduled to replace broken springs. I asked that he do a complete overhaul/replacement of all moving parts. When I had a problem with my garage door I asked my brother for the name of the company that he had used for his door and he highly recommended Precision. The scheduling process was easy. The technician actually called to see if he would be able to arrive a little earlier. He was very friendly and very well informed. He explained all options and promptly performed the repair.

Your company came today working around my crazy schedule. Tim is a pure delight! After assessing the situation and fixing it he gave me a quote for a new door at my request. Your charges for less than one hour labor and maybe $100 on parts is redicoulissly high and I am sorry that I went ahead with the repair but believe me I will never use your services again. Can’t see how a $550 charge is justified.

When I opened the front door to let Pete Orlando in, I already felt secure knowing who he was and, thanks to your photo reference, what he looked like. What a great (protective) idea this is! He called beforehand and, (unlike most service providers), came ON TIME! Pete expertly added 2 new springs after explaining exactly what needed to be done. This man is a definite asset to your company and I know that no other garage door service could have pleased me more! If I could award Pete 10 stars, I definitely would. Sadly, you only allow me 5, which of course, I gladly give him! Thank you!
