We were extremely pleased that your company provides service calls on the weekend. We were very happy with your technician, Alan Ramirez and the work he did for us. He explained the options for the repair that was needed. Once we made our decision he got to work and got the job done. I will certainly recommend your company to my friends. Thank you for your help. Very impressed by the professionalism of Rob. Alerted to ETA accurately. Introduced himself, gave thorough assessment of situation with old openers, motors, rails, what was still good and what needed replacement. Provided three levels of options, installed 2 in a couple of hours and at completion made sure all worked, reviewed use instructions. Cleaned up after himself. Start to finish transparent, efficient, courteous.

Tino who came to work checked the worn out wheels and the roller and the disengaged wires that caused door being stopped at a crooked position. He gave me choice of repair and replacement, and did a nice work, and lubricated all the necessary parts. He checked the opener, and though old, it is working well, and did no recommend replacing it. I am satisfied with his professional work.

The gentleman who came to service our rattling door was both very well trained and completely equipped to solve the problem. When done, he took the time to carefully demonstrate how I could do a better job of lubricating the hinges, rollers and pulleys on my doors, to extend their life.
