We experienced a problem recently with our original 1999 installed garage door opener after purchasing our home in mid September. I contacted Precision Door Service Company the next day after the garage door became inoperable. The staff was very polite and accommodating in the need for addressing our problem. They arranged for a technician to come the same day of my call. Upon arriving, Luke clearly explained the options and replaced the opener. He had all supplies in his vehicle and did the new install in a timely manner. Luke explained the operation and warranty. Thank you for the quick service and peace of mind.

I was unable to use the key pad to open my garage door. I also wanted general maintenance done to be sure it is working properly. Your garage door expert, Luke, was polite and professional. He was also very knowledgeable. This is my first garage door experience, and I am thankful that Luke explained the door's functions in detail. I appreciate the time he spent repairing the communication board, which allowed the key pad to begin working properly. The email and text updates are a helpful tool. I would certainly recommend Luke and Precision.
