This was the second time we used Precision. I was very impressed with their ability to offer same day service and their promptness. They send a text with a picture of the technician ahead of time so you know and can recognize the person coming to your home. The technician David was knowledgeable, explained what was wrong, what was necessary to fix the problem, and just as important, what was optional but not immediately required. I like that alot, not at all a hard sell, just honest information. I am very happy with the work that was done and now know what I will need done in the future.

Would use Precision 100x again! Resched out because my garage door wouldn’t open they had Chris here in less than two hours and the job was doen quickly. Chris was friendly, very knowledgeable and seemed to really want the best options for us. Thank you Precision but moreso thank you Chris!!!

I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Company. The serviceperson was very friendly and knowledgeable about the door mechanisms. The repair took about an hour and we are very pleased with the result.
