Very quick response from the first phone call, the estimate, the scheduling of the installation of the motor for the garage door. Alan was great. He told us what we needed to do before the installation could be completed and was very helpful and patient answering all of our questions. He explained the operation of the door, keypad, remote door openers and made sure we had the manual and all instructions. We also liked your reminder texts regarding time and date of our appointments. Good job!

I was very pleased with the efficiency and responsiveness of Precision Garage Door. I obtained a service appointment for the next day after my call. My Service Technician, Lou, performed a thorough diagnosis and repair of the problem with my garage door opener as well as a thorough inspection of the door, safety sensors, springs and rollers. Guys were professional and efficient. Had just about everything replaced, except the door itself. I knew the motor was stripped ----- but there were other issues. I was given the choice: bandaid or all--I decided to get it over with;however was surprised with the bill- Would recommend the company;however, one needs time to consider the costs----
